Purchase a Coravin System directly on coravin.com and try it at home for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
To return you Coravin System, please contact Customer Service at CSR@coravin.com or 1-855-692-6728 to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you a return shipping label and reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Coravin System no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products accompanied by the applicable RMA.
Please note: Coravin Capsules are non-returnable and will not be refunded.

Limited Warranty Information
Limited Warranty Policy
Coravin, Inc. ("Coravin") warrants that your Coravin device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Coravin or an authorized Coravin reseller or partner. This warranty is extended only to the original end-user customer or to the person receiving the device as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. Because Coravin cannot control the quality of devices sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to devices that were purchased from Coravin or a Coravin authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Coravin reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for devices purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse (including but not limited to where the device has not been cared for following care instructions), alteration to the device, or negligence.
Coravin will, at our option, repair or replace any defective device that is covered by this warranty. Coravin may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date. Coravin's warranty does NOT include coverage for the loss of or damage to any wine with respect to which the Coravin device was used.
How to make a claim
If you experience any problems with your Coravin System and wish to make a warranty claim based upon a device defect, please contact Customer Service at CSR@coravin.com or 1-855-692-6728. Please have information available regarding the device purchased, device serial number, date of purchase, place of purchase, and name of the seller. You may receive a return authorization number.
Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, in our sole discretion, either repair or replace the device.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Coravin devices, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Coravin be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
